GreenLife construction company busy with new construction in Georgia's Gidauri

GreenLife construction company in Georgia is involved in construction of a $3.5 million hotel in the resort of Gudauri, Kazbegi region of Georgia, CEO of the company Shalva Liparteliani said, Trend reports via Georgian media.

According to Liparteliani, a 76-room hotel is being built. He notes that the pre-sale of apartments will start in a month, the construction of the hotel will be completed in four months.

The land area totals 902 square meters, the construction area is 504 square meters, and the total area is 4,509 square meters, of which 553 square meters will be commercial space.

Parking lots will be located on the area of 451 square meters. A swimming pool will also be built.

Liparteliani said the hotel's pricing policy will be adjusted accordingly. The cost of the rooms will range within 100-150 lari ($32.79-$49.18), depending on the quality of the window view.
