Azerbaijan, Baku, 11 March / Trend corr U. Ismayilova/ The Anti-monopoly Service attached to the Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry removed over 10,000 pirated DVDs and CDs from sale, the Anti-monopoly Service reported on 11 March.
The Anti-monopoly Service and the Control over Consumer Market are monitoring wholesale and retail home entertainment outlets in Baku.
The monitoring revealed DVDs and CDs with no indication of the studio manufacturers, their contact numbers and addresses.
The monitoring exercises are still underway.
