Azerbaijan, Baku, 27 September/corr. Trend S.Babayeva / The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population held a labour fair in Mingachevir. As a result, 123 people were provided with a job, as the Head Employment Department of the Ministry informed.
64 enterprises with 495 vacant positions participated in the fair.
So far, fairs have been conducted in 53 regions of Azerbaijan with representatives of 1,899 enterprises, providing 5,104 people with a job.
Next fairs will be in Sumgait, Ganja and Baku.
In 2007 the Ministry of Labour conducted 57 fairs in 55 regions of Azerbaijan. 9,056 people got a job as a result.
