Azerbaijan, Baku, 3 October / corr Trend S.Babayeva / Azerbaijani Parliament ratified an intergovernmental agreement with Turkmenistan on cooperation in the sphere of standardization, metrology, certification and accreditation.
The parties acknowledge the valid national standard and accreditation systems, accreditations, develop normative legal documents, mutual control over the imported goods, establishment of national etalons, their improvement and attestation.
Validity period of the agreement, signed on 6 August 2008 in Baku, is five years.
