Azerbaijan, Baku, 17 October / Trend corr. U.Ismayilova/ In September, construction materials prices in Baku dropped 5.9% from August, public organization Real Estate Market Participants said on 17 October.
In September, the public organization monitored 82 varieties of 36 types of construction materials. Prices for 24 varieties dropped, for 32 varieties remained stable and increased for 16 varieties within a month.
Percentage of construction materials of local manufacture totalled 51.2% in the market last month.
