Azerbaijan, Baku, 14 November / corr Trend U. Ismayilov / In October 2008 building materials went down by 2.1 percent as compared to September in Baku, the Participants of property market public organization said on 14 November.
In October the public organization held monitoring over 87 types of building materials. According to monitoring, prices of 43 types of building materials went down, 28 remained fixed and 11 rose up per a month.
Market share of business materials of local production, which were analyzed by the organization in October, made up 51.2 percent.
