Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 18 / Trend / In November 2008 the production prices for the agricultural
products in Azerbaijan remained practically unchanged as compared with the
previous month, State Statistics Committee reported.
However, over 11 months, 12.5% increase was observed in comparison with the
same period of 2007.
In November 0.2% decrease was fixed on the production of plant growing and
melon growing plants as compared to October. Fruits and hazelnut became dearer
by 0.4%, the specialized gardening products - 0.9%, whereas grains - fell in
price by 0.5%.
Stability was also observed on the livestock products as compared to the previous month. Prices of the forestry and fishing products remained unchanged.
