Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan, Dec. 26 / corr. Trend E. Mammadov/ The Azerbaijani company Gemigaya in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan reconstructs the Nakhchivan-Sadarak highway with the length of 87km (on the border of Nakhchivan-Turkey).
So, approximately 50km of this route will be put into operation in May and the rest part in the end of 2009. For the time being land work in over 40km-section of this road, which has been reconstructed since March, is completed. The first layer of asphalt was laid on 25km-section.
Huge asphalt work will begin in spring. For this purpose a coating plant with capacity of 60 tones of production per hour is to be built in the territory of Garkhun village, Sharur region of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The equipment for the enterprise will be delivered from Iran
