Demand reduces on Baku car market in June

So, 4.2-percent growth of proposals occurred in June on Baku car market compared to May, public organization participants of Property Market said on July 9.

"Despite growth of proposals, there was 5.7-percent reduction of demand. It is connected with non-season period for car market," organization said.  

Number of appeals also reduced during a month. It led to 3.6-percent reduction of deals on purchase-sale of cars.

Average price for car hits $16.24 in June. Reduction of demand also affected on exposition term. It increased 92 days and led to growth of risk and drop of liquidity. 

Over 6.580 cars were offered to the market in June. Roughly 41.1 percent were offered in June, the rest 58.9 percent remained on the market from last months.

Roughly 35.2 percent of most part of market portfolio hits Mercedes-Benz cars. The rest 64.8 percent of market portfolio hit 9 main cars.
