Trains routing Baku-Rostov partially resumes operating

One of the trains stopped functioning in Russia due to the threat of explosion on the railway Baku-Rostov resumed operating in Baku, Head of the Azerbaijani Railways's press-service, Nadir Azmammadov, said on August 14.

"One of the trains, Tumen-Baku train, has already begun its operating towards Baku. It will approach Baku with delay for five hours (Baku time)," Azmammadov said.  

The train must arrive in Baku at 17:10 Baku time, Azmammadov said.

The second train Baku-Tumen is still in the territory of Dagestan but it will depart soon. Both trains are in safe stations near Dagestan's city of Makhachkala.

Before, Russian media said that Russian special service operated to demine railway plot Rostov-Baku.

Security of passengers of these trains was ensured. Russian side gave them packed meal.
