Prices on the secondary residential market in Baku decreased by 1.2 percent to $1,363 per square meter in August, Director General of the MBA Group consulting company, Nusrat Ibrahimli, said on Sept.2.
An average price of apartment on the market increased by 1.7 percent to $99,703, Ibrahimov added.
According to Ibrahimov, an average price fixed depending on the area fell by 1.2 percent, while an average price of an apartment increased by 0.7 percent.
The average area of apartments decreased to 70.9 square meters compared to 71.1 square meters in July.
Market price of the cheapest apartments increased by 2.7 percent.
