Train schedule of Baku subway deranged between Ganjlik and N.Narimanov stations this morning due to blockade of the automatic speed control (ASC)," said Elbrus Muradov, chief engineer of Bakmetropoliten.
"The train, whose ASC system blocked, was set in motion by using the existing backup activation," he said.
According to Muradov, the train has been sent to the depot, to inspect the reasons of accident.
Currently work is underway to restore the traffic schedule, which causes little downtime at the subway stations.
