The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers approved the rules for open tender to select an organization to manage apartment buildings, a statement said.
Rules regulate the organization of competitions for the selection of the managing organization, the definition of conditions for participation in the contest, as well as contracts with the winner of the contest.
The purpose of the contest is to select the managing organization to ensure the safety of tenants, preserve the common property.
