Average price per square meter in June in the primary housing market remained at the level of April- $870 per square meter, Participants of Property Market public organization said.
Prices in June fell by 1.5 percent compared to the beginning of the second quarter, 3 percent compared to early 2010, and 7.8 percent compared to the same period of the last year. Price compared to pre-crisis peak point (September 2008) fell by 27.1 percent, the report says.
The index of prices remained without changes, and this figure was 333.4 as in May.
The greatest demand on the primary housing market was observed on the three-room apartments. Five-room apartments are mostly offered in the first central zone of the city, and one-room apartments in the third zone of the city.
In June construction of 440 residential buildings were continued, and contraction companies hit 153 compared to 152 in last month.
