In July, Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry's call center 195-2 has received over 430 appeals, the Ministry said today.

The appeals concerned issue of favorable loans by the Azerbaijani National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (NFES), consumer protection, and other issues within the authority of the Ministry.

In general, since early 2010 the center has received over 4,100 appeals. All the appeals received by the call center were provided with prompt replies, appeals in the form of complaints have been registered, considered by the authorized bodies of the Ministry and the results were reported.

Call center195-2 was created Sept.1, 2009. The main goal of the call center is to increase effectiveness of the Government's support provided to entrepreneurs, improvement of relations between the state and entrepreneurs, improvement of legal and economic enlightenment of the population.
