The Azerbaijani-Turkish company Renaissance Construction Azerbaijan was registered the tax authorities in Azerbaijan in November, the Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry's website reported.
It was founded by the Turkish company REC Uluslararası Insaat Yatırım Sanayi ve Ticaret AS and Azerbaijani company Synergy Construction. The company was registered on November 12, 2010. Legal representative of the company is Kamran Mammadov. Members of the Supervisory Board are Akram Bayramov, Kamil Aliyev, Seymur Ibrahimov, Ar-Asemed Efendiyev. The company is registered with an authorized capital of $1,000.
So far, Renaissance Construction has created similar companies in seven countries. It constructs the world's largest shopping malls, airports, factories, cement factories, offices, hotels, sea terminals and hydropower plants, acting at the same time as the general contractor, and in some cases - as a shareholder.
