Ernst & Young is hosting a Banking Roundtable Discussion, an Ernst & Young Thought Leadership event, today, January 21, 2011 at Hyatt International Center. The Roundtable is expected to be attended by more than 60 executives from over 30 banks and financial institutions in the country.

Subject matter experts from Ernst & Young Moscow and distinguished speaker from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan will discuss topical hot issues affecting the banking sector and IFRS banking update and implications. These include an Overview of the CIS Banking Sector: Trends and Changing Landscape; Current Azerbaijan Banking Condition and related Central Bank Policy; Approaches to the Analysis of Troubled Borrowers and to Debt Restructuring, and IFRS Banking Update and Implications.

The event will be followed by a networking cocktails/dinner.
