Iran's trade in commodity exchange hits 138 percent

The volume of trade in Iran's commodity exchange increased more than 138 percent last week, ISNA reported.

The volume of trade in Iran's commodity exchange increased more than 138 percent last week, ISNA reported.

More than 478,726 tons commodity was put for sale at commodity exchange, while customers demanded 724.306 tons of commodities.

The volume of 432.000 tons of commodity traded in commodity exchange market last week and this figure shows 138 percent growth compared to previous week.

The trade in commodity exchange market valued at $130,308 million with 196 percent growth.

Oil and copper did not traded last week but items like vacuum bottom (VB), lobe cut, sulfur, gases, condensates, tar, steel, gold, aluminum,chemical products, cement, press cake, barley traded in commodity exchange.

A total of 120 tons of wheat was put for sale at commodity exchange; however it did not traded due to lack of demands.
