The Strong Leader, Strong Business Forum has kicked off in Astana, within which 75 investment projects worth over 114 billion tenge will be presented.
"By opening new enterprises in Kazakhstan over 9,000 new jobs were opened," Kazakh Ministry of Industry and New Technologies said in its reference material before opening of the forum.
During the forum, a national teleconference will be organized. The Kazakh president will get acquainted with the work of six enterprises, which are important for the country's economy. These are plants for shaped tubes production, manufacture of railway wagons in the Pavlodar region, Akbaisky gold-mining plant in the Zhambyl region, the production of marine metalwares in Mangystau greenhouse complex and organization of assembly production of cars of SsangYong brand in Kostanai region.
Live transmissions will also be held from the construction sites of the two "national construction" projects.
The head of state will get acquainted with the construction of the Zhetygen-Korgas railway line in the Almaty region and will give a kick-start to a project of expansion and reconstruction of the Ekibastuz-2 power plant in Pavlodar region.
Eight projects, included in the industrialization map of Kazakhstan, will be demonstrated during a national teleconference.
