Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) has introduced new discount fares on a number of domestic flights for all passengers regardless of nationality, the company reported on Saturday. Previously, these tariffs were applied only in regard to Azerbaijani citizens.
AZAL introduces new preferential tariffs for all passengers regardless of nationality as a part of the 'Year of Tourism'-2011 announced in Azerbaijan. The tariffs are applied with a view to create favorable conditions for the development of domestic tourism.
New rates applied from June 15 to Dec.31 on flights in the direction of Ganja, Lankaran and Zagatala were listed below:
Baku-Ganja / Ganja-Baku - 40 manat
Baku-Lankaran / Lankaran-Baku - 25 manat
Baku-Zagatala / Zagatala-Baku - 35 manat.
