"Tbilisi Central Hospital" Company is sold on Monday by an electronic auction for 1.375 million lari ($1 = 1.65 lari) with a starting price of 950,000 lari. 100-percent state share acquired by Ivan Martiashvili.
Under existing law, Martiashvili must pay 30 percent of the value of the property within 30 calendar days from the date of the auction, and the remaining 70 percent until December 1.
Accounts receivable of the object is 33 687 lari, and credit debt - 871 140 lari. Existing debt to "Telasi" company amounting to 434,851 lari will be paid in the next five years.
Under the terms of the auction, the new owner is obliged to save medical specialization of the clinic for seven years.
