Turkmenbashi Complex of oil refining plants announces an international tender to purchase the following products for oil and gas industry on the following lot:
Lot No.5 - lubricant additives
Interested parties (applicants) are required:
- To submit a written application for participation in the tender indicating full name of the participant, his legal status, country of registration and details;
- read the "Rules of holding tender to select suppliers of material and technical goods for oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan";
- obtain specification of lot and technical requirements;
- obtain package of tender documents by paying $230 per lot.
Bids are required to be sent to the second department of Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries in Turkmenbashi, Balkan region, Turkmenistan. Bids are received until 17:00, Oct.1, 2012.
The account to transfer money will be indicated when the written application is submitted.
