The Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries announces an international tender for the design and construction of bitumen installation bringing its capacity up to 300,000 tons of paving bitumen a year at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries:
Interested parties (applicants) are required:
- To submit a written application for participation in the tender indicating full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration and details;
- read the 'Rules for holding a tender to select suppliers of material and technical goods for oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan';
- obtain specification of lots and technical requirements;
- obtain a package of tender documents by paying $1,150 per lot.
Bids are required to be sent to the second department of Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries in Turkmenbashi, Balkan region, Turkmenistan. Bids are received until 17:00, Nov.19, 2012.
The account to transfer money will be indicated when the written application is submitted.
