Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 6 /Trend J. Nasibova/
State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares of Azerbaijani Bank of Baku in the amount of 10 million manat, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Thursday.
The prospectus includes 10,000 shares at par value of 1,000 manat.
The yield on the bonds is 12 percent per annum with maturity of three years. Interest payment will be made quarterly.
Those intending to purchase bonds can apply to an organization being the member of BSE and having a brokerage license.
