The MTS Turkmenistan Company, a subsidiary of Russian MTS, has announced an open tender for proposals for the right to contract for the supply and manufacture of furniture for the company's stores for 2013.
Proposals will be accepted from the announcement's publication date until 17:00 (local time) on May 6, 2013.
The organiser concludes accepting proposals at 17:00 hours (local time). Proposals received later than the above mentioned deadline will be rejected by the organiser without consideration, regardless of the cause of delay.
