MTS Turkmenistan has announced an open tender for proposals for right to contract for the production and supply of souvenirs in 2013.
Proposals will be accepted from the publication date's announcement until 17:00 (local time) on July 5, 2013.
The organizer will be accepting proposals until 17:00 (local time). Proposals received later than the above mentioned deadline will be rejected by the organizer without consideration, regardless of the cause of delay.
