The State Committee for Securities (SCS) of Azerbaijan registered the emission prospectus of ordinary nominal non-documentary shares of Vestmark Financial Leasing Investment Company OJSC at an amount of 1.2 million manats, a committee report said.
According to the report, the placing of the emission will be carried out via conversion of 80 shares at par value of 15,000 manats each, into the same number of shares at par value of 50 manats. As a result, the authorized capital will be increased by 300 times - from 4,000 manats to 1.2 million manats.
The company has formed its authorized capital, issuing shares for the first time in March this year.
