By Emin Aliyev - Trend: VIP-costumers of the Azerbaijani International Bank will be able to buy real estate on credit in Quasar residential complex in Istanbul within the joint project of the Azerbaijani International Bank, Turkish Akbank and Viatrans-Meydanbey company the presentation of which took place on Nov.7 in Baku.
"The Quasar complex includes some 257 apartments, 58 offices, 4 cafes, 17 shops and 4,300 square kilometers of areas for common use. The Azerbaijani customers that wish to buy a real estate in the complex, will be able to use flexible credit conditions and will also get discounts," sales manager of the complex Erdem Kovalak said during the presentation.
According to the manager, the complex, the construction of which was initiated by Fairmont hotels chain, will include a hotel, a business center and apartments.
"The Complex will be commissioned by the end of 2015 and the hotel will begin to operate in early 2016. The price per square meter of living space starts at $6,600. I must stress that after the completion of construction, the price will increase by 10-20 percent," Kovalak said.
