Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex has announced an international tender in Turkmenistan.
The tender's subject is the purchase of automotive and railway equipment.
All those wishing to participate in the tender are invited to:
- submit a written application for participation in the tender, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration, details and telephone numbers;
- read the rules for competitive selection of suppliers;
- obtain specification for lot and technical requirements;
- obtain tender documents paying $575 per lot.
The bids should be sent to Foreign Economic Relations Department of Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex at: Turkmenistan, Balkan velayat, Turkmenbashi city, Turkmenbashi oil refinery.
The bids will be accepted until April 5, 2014, 17:00 (local time).
The account for money transfer will be specified upon submitting a written application.
The packages with bids must be delivered to the abovementioned address and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds in the account.
Commercial offers must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope shall contain the technical specifications, while the second envelope - commercial offer with prices for the products offered.
