The Turkmen Ministry of Textile Industry announces an international tender.
The subject of the tender is the reconstruction and modernization of the Serdar cotton-spinning factory in the Dashoguz region.
The national and foreign companies with experience in reconstruction and modernization of cotton-spinning factories are invited to participate in the tender.
All concerned parties are asked to submit a written bid for participation in the tender, indicating a full name, a legal status, registration documents; read the rules of the tender; get the specification and tender documents by paying $300 + 15% VAT.
Bids must be sent to 96, Garashsyzlyk Shayoly, Ashgabat and accepted for consideration after transferring the funds to the account.
The deadline for bids is July 25, 2014.
