MTS Turkmenistan economic society (the Russian mobile company MTS's subsidiary) announces a tender.
The subject of the tender is to conclude a contract for the optical reflector supply for prophylactic and emergency recovery operations on fiber-optic networks of the enterprise.
The bids will be accepted on October 2, 2014 till 5:00 p.m. (local time).
