The Turkmen Ministry of Textile Industry announces about changing the conditions of the previously announced tender for the cotton mill construction.
The subject of the tender is to choose an investor for the construction and management of a cotton mill in Serakh district, Akhal region.
The matter rests in changing the capacity of the cotton mill using a ring carde process. According to the new terms, the enterprise will produce 6,000 metric tons of carded yarn annually.
All concerned individuals are offered to submit a written request indicating a full name, a legal status, documents confirming the participant's registration in Turkmenistan; get the technical task for the project work to the Capital Construction Department of the ministry.
It is necessary to pay $300 (three hundred) + 15 percent VAT to obtain a package of tender documents.
The deadline for bid submission is 20 calendar days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the newspaper.
