Kazakhstan mortgage company increases assets

Kazakhstan mortgage company, a subsidiary of Kazakh National Management Holding Baiterek, increased its assets from 243.54 billion tenge to 271.37 billion tenge (353.7 tenge = $1) in 1H of 2016, according to the company’s financial statements published on the website of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on Aug. 3.

The company’s liabilities rose from 196.14 billion tenge at the beginning of 2016 to 221.75 billion tenge at the end of June 2016. The equity rose from 47.4 billion tenge to 49.62 billion tenge in the reporting period.

Kazakhstan mortgage company’s revenues hit 10.32 billion tenge in 1H of 2016 compared to 9.36 billion tenge in the reporting period. The company’s expenses decreased to 6.96 billion tenge in Jan-June 2016 compared to 7.46 billion tenge in the same period of 2015.

The company’s net profit reached 2.35 billion tenge in 1H of 2016 compared to 996.68 million tenge in 1H of 2015.
