Qatar Airways launches direct flights to Turkey’s Adana

Qatar Airways launched direct flights to the Turkish province of Adana, the office of Adana City Mayor said in a message Nov. 7.
The first direct flight between Doha and the Adana province was carried out on November 6, 2017, says the message.
The direct flights will be implemented three times a week.
Currently, Qatar Airways carries out direct flights to Ataturk and Sabiha Gokcen international airports of Istanbul, as well as to the Esenboga international airport of Ankara.
Total volume of Qatari investments put in the world economy totals $335 billion, including the investments put in the Turkish economy that reach $18 billion.
The volume of Turkish investments in Qatar reaches $14.2 billion. Turkish companies are involved in implementation of about 130 projects in the country, including the construction of subway in Doha. This project’s cost is $4.4 billion.
