Caspian International Investment Company to increase investments in Azerbaijan

Caspian International Investment Company (CIIC) will increase investments in Azerbaijan, Rovshan Najaf, executive director of Azerbaijan Investment Company (AIC), said at a press conference in Baku March 5.
In particular, investments in the projects in the fields of agriculture, food industry and real estate will grow, he said.
The company has so far invested in 13 projects, he added.
The CIIC was established in 2008, and the AIC has a 24.1 percent share in the company. Other shareholders of the investment company include the Islamic Development Bank, Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector, Al Ahmar Group and AREF Investment Group.
