Mamedov's Company, an Azerbaijani manufacturer of building materials, has temporarily suspended the production process, a source at the company told Trend.
According to the source, the main reason for suspending production is associated with a decrease in demand in the building materials market.
"At this stage, it is not very profitable to engage in the production of building materials, as there is a decrease in demand in this segment of the market. Decorative and other construction materials are still not sold, so we see no reason to resume production until the situation changes," the source said.
According to the source, to date, the decline in demand in the building materials market is 30-40 percent.
The company, along with the sales of building materials, provides maintenance services and also carries out home decoration.
