Iran’s Esfordi Phosphate Industrial & Mineral Complex increases production

Iran’s Esfordi Phosphate Industrial & Mineral Complex produced 86,579 tons of phosphate concentrate during the last Iranian year (ended March 20, 2019), registering a 48 percent growth compared with the previous year, Trend reports with reference to the website of the Iranian Mines & Mining Industries Development & Renovation (IMIDRO) company.

The company’s production over the period registered an 84 percent growth compared with the production plan (47,040 tons).

During the reporting period, the company extracted 355,682 tons of minerals.

Esfordi Phosphate Industrial & Mineral Complex, a subsidiary of Iran Minerals Production and Supply Company, is located in Bafq county in Yazd province.
