Gemiqaya Mineral Water LTD, located in Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR), plans to expand the list of export destinations of its products by late 2019, a source at the company told Trend.
The source noted that Belarus has been chosen as a new potential market for sales.
"Currently, negotiations are underway with Belarusian partners, export deliveries are scheduled for autumn or closer to the end of this year. At the same time, we are studying markets of other former Soviet countries, and we plan to establish contacts with new customers. Presently, the company's products are mainly sold domestically in Nakhchivan, Baku and other cities of the country," the source said.
The source further noted that the company eyes to increase output by 20-25 percent.
The company's products have the certificates ISO 22000:2005, as well as ISO 9001:2008. The company uses modern equipment of French and Belgian production.
