Over the whole period of the existence, ASAN Service, the Azerbaijan’s State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations, has received more than 32.738 million applications from 6.562 million Azerbaijani citizens, Trend reports referring to statistical data provided by the agency.
Today, ASAN Service centers directly accounted for 94 percent of the share, or about 30.798 million applications. Accordingly, the Mobile ASAN service accounted for only 6 percent, or 1.941 million of all applications.
In the first eight months of 2019, the number of calls to services of ASAN Service amounted to about 4,655, which is 13.8 percent more than the same period last year.
On average, more than 27,759 calls are processed per day at all ASAN Service centers and mobile services. In particular, 97 marriages get registered, 180 birth certificates and 1,765 identity cards get issued, and 2,000 people receive Azerbaijani citizenship at branches of ASAN Service in a day.
