Azerbaijan's Agroleasing OJSC concluded contracts for the purchase of 3,480 units of various agricultural equipment in 2018, Trend reports referring to the Azerbaijani Agricultural Ministry.
In 2018, 2,939 of them (84 percent) were brought to Azerbaijan.
Currently, there are 50 cotton harvesters, 570 tractors, 360 plows, 420 cotton seeders, 350 cotton cultivators, 330 trailers and other agricultural machinery in the cotton technical park.
"Provision of cotton growers with agricultural machinery is at the highest level," the ministry stated.
