UK’s Anglo-Asian Mining Plc (AAM) has suspended the negotiations with Conroy Gold and Natural Resources Plc to establish a joint venture, Trend reports citing AAM.
Conroy Gold and Natural Resources is a gold exploration and mining company operating in Ireland and Finland.
"The company operates on the Orlock Bridge Fault Zone in Ireland,” the message said. “Moreover, the company operates on the Clontibret gold mine in Monaghan province."
“Anglo Asian Mining has important goals and objectives related to the exploitation of fields both in Azerbaijan and abroad,” the message said. "Our goal is to continue to consider other opportunities for the development of the company."
Anglo Asian Mining PLC is a gold, copper, and silver producer in Central Asia with a wide portfolio of production and exploration assets in Azerbaijan. The company's portfolio includes an area of 1,962 square kilometers.
