The passenger car manufacturing of Iran Khodro Industrial Group increased by 1,400 units (0.1 percent) during the first three months of the current Iranian year (from March 21 through June 21, 2021), compared to the same period last Iranian year, Trend reports citing the group’s website.
According to the report, the company manufactured 110,529 passenger cars over the reporting period.
“The removal of a number of barriers to support domestic production has resulted in increased manufacturing,” the report said.
A total of 89,531 passenger cars were delivered to customers within the three months, the report said.
According to the report, the most delivered cars to customers was the "Peugeot Pars" brand.
