The purpose of the visit is to strengthen the culture of "angel investors" in Georgia and popularize the investment potential of Tbilisi by increasing interest and creating additional opportunities for investment in local businesses.

The first meeting within the framework of the two-day visit was held in Tbilisi, which was attended by Deputy Mayor of Tbilisi Andria Basilaia.

“I would like to note that the research and media platform 'Emerging Europe' put Tbilisi in first place in the category of economic potential. In addition, Tbilisi took first place in the FDI Intelligence economic efficiency rating “Cities of Europe's Future". Such recognition and high marks allow me to say that Tbilisi is an undeveloped territory for doing business, which offers new opportunities for young investors in the field of technology,” he said.

The visit of includes meetings with representatives of local technology businesses (start-ups, small and medium-sized companies), panel discussions with representatives of the public and private sectors, seminars, presentations, networking and so on.
