TEHRAN, Iran, August 23. The Minister of Industry, Mines, and Trade of Iran announced the expansion of Iranian, and Russian joint cooperation in shipbuilding, aviation, and automobile industries.
Reza Fatemi Amin made the remarks during his visit to the Russian capital, Moscow, on Monday to sign agreements with Russian officials and take part in an international automobile exhibition.
A total of 50 Iranian car manufacturing companies along with some 600 foreign companies from 18 countries have taken part in the four-day Automobility Moscow 2022 that kick starts on Monday.
Iran's Minister announced the possibility of signing economic memorandums with Russia.
He also announced that the ministry is re going to showcase two Iranian automobiles including Iran Khodro and Saipa's new products, namely Shahin and Tara sedans, at the Russian exhibition.
