BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 6. The Bank Keshavarzi Iran has issued loans worth more than 699 billion rials (about $16.4 million) in agricultural sector in Bushehr Province (southern Iran), since the beginning of the 2-nd month of the current Iranian year (April 21, 2022), Director General of Keshavarzi Bank’s branches in Bushehr Province, Abbas Ghaedizadeh told IRNA, Trend reports.
The director general noted that the mentioned loans were issued to 309 agricultural enterprises.
“So that more than 554 billion rials (about $13.2 million) worth of loans were issued to 48 poultry enterprises,” he added.
According to Ghaedizadeh, about 132 billion rials (about $3.14 million) worth of loans were provided to 260 livestock enterprises.
Meanwhile, 2 billion rials (about $47,600) worth of loans were issued to 1 fishing farm, he said.
