New forms of tax returns were approved in relation to injection of changes into the Tax Code and reforms in the tax system at the order of the Taxes Minister. Traffic tax return and reference on tax duties came into force from 1 January 2006, Trend reports referring to the press release spread by the Ministry.
Besides, the Ministry plans to apply returns on VAT, excise tax, royalty tax, as well as reports on payment of deference between contract price and internal wholesale price of enterprise to the public budget, tax invoices, which are acquired by tax-payers and unregistered for VAT purposes.
