A new version of the draft law on investment activity will soon be presented to the parliament. Its review is planned at the second reading of the spring session, the head of the economic politics commission, Ziyad Samedzadeh told Trend.
Re-adoption of the given law is necessary, as during the last years when it was first adopted the investment climate in the country has significantly changed, he said. This should be reflected in the law as well.
The draft will be a frame law that does not include changes of the taxation and other benefits, he added. This process will be individual for each investor.
The draft will be adopted by the end of the spring session of parliament.
