Today NGO alliance В"National budgetary groupВ" issued its conclusion on the Law В"Execution of state budget-2005В" and report of Chamber of Accounts for this law. Trend reports quoting Ingilab Ahmedov, head of the alliance, these studies will be performed on permanent basis starting from 2006.
The conclusion positively evaluates the forecasts execution in 2005. Growth of budget incomes made 36.2% and expenses 42.5% over year. Members of budgetary group hope that in the outlook the government will use the budget to raise its role in solving social and economic problems.
Gubad Ibadoglku, member of the alliance, considers the budget monitoring necesary in a view of budget inocmes growth due to oil revenues. The NGOs are also concerned in the budget forecasts foamtion iself, which is still made in secret.
