Melioration and Water Economy JSC of Azerbaijan carries out preparation work for the construction of the hydro-electric power station and water reservoir Takhtakorpu within Samur-Apsheron canal system, Trend reports with reference to JSC.
According to the construction tender, more available proposals have been received from the consortium of 3 Azerbaijani and one Turkish company Azersutikinti, Azerenerjigurashdirma, Azerkorpu and Turkish Consulting Company Temelsu.
All necessary contracts have been signed with the successful bidders, and the construction work will commence in the near future, the same source stated.
