Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend / The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered stocks of the Bank Respublika OJSC.
The volume of the issue is AZN 2,752,744, with a face value per stock at AZN 2. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Standard Capital LLC will be the underwriter of placement of the stocks.
